 ONLY SPRING/SUMMER ITEMS ARE ACCEPTED FOR THIS SALE!

**Please note the following:

Each consignor may only submit 3 totes of clothing. This limit is for CLOTHING ONLY!  We will not accept bags, boxes, or any other containers under any circumstances. Totes may be any size.

 

What we WILL accept:


  • Quality children's clothing in excellent condition.  Clothing should be manufactured in the last 4 years. Sizes 0-16 only. Sizes 12 through 16 must be trendy and manufactured in the last 2 years. Mall brands such as Old Navy, Limited Too, Justice, Abercrombie, and Gap sell best in 12-16 sizes.
  • Baby equipment manufactured in or after 2005. Batteries must be included if needed to properly function!
  • Toys in excellent condition. Batteries MUST be included as needed and the toy must be in working area when on the sales floor. Games, puzzles, etc. MUST include all pieces.
  • Juvenile/nursery furniture including cribs, changing tables, rockers, gliders, children's dressers. The items MUST be assembled to display well and must be pre-approved due to spacing!
  • Parenting and children's books.  Because of the high number of books, please be sure to attach your tags where they will not slide off. 
  • Kids DVD's and cd-roms. NO VHS TAPES please. 
  • Scooters and PERFECT condition bikes - absolutely NO rust. (must be pre-approved) 
  • All items requiring assembly will need to be fully assembled by consignor during drop off hours only.  Limited space is available for these items.

 

What we WILL NOT accept:

 

  • Anything on the recall list or high lead content list
  • Out of date clothing
  • Baby equipment manufactured before 2004
  • Car seats that have been involved in a car accident
  • Cribs that do not meet current safety standards
  • Handmade clothing including crotchet or knitted clothing
  • Screen print tees (GAP, Old Navy, TCP, etc. okay. Not advertising tees)
  • Maternity or adult clothing
  • Stuffed animals (battery operated are okay, but make sure it's in working order!)
  • Items with stains, broken snaps, zippers, or missing parts, etc.
  • VHS tapes 
  • Dirty baby or play equipment
  • Videos with adult content with a rating other than “G”
  • Shoes that have clearly been used to their limits
  • Undergarments that are not “like new”
  • Any items with pet hair
  • Any items that smell like smoke


*Tot Exchange reserves the right to remove items that do not meet these standards. PLEASE, be respectful of others and do not slip unacceptable items into the sale. Many children have sever allergies to pets and smoke and due to this, we must be extremely strict.  If you have any doubt with your items, it is best to leave them home.  It is unfair to our consignors who are following the guidelines. We strive to make this a wonderful selling and shopping experience for EVERYONE!
