TOT EXCHANGE CONSIGNOR AGREEMENT
Each konsignor must read and sign this agreement before consigning at a TOT EXCHANGE- Kidz Konsignment Sale.
By filling out the registration form below, you agree to pay the non-refundable registration fee of $10.00 through paypal. Konsignors wanting to register at the konsignor drop off, registration fee will be $20, and konsignors dropping off the day of the sale (if space allows) registration fee will be $25, paid in cash.
Consignor Pay Out will be sent out within two weeks of the sale completion in the form of check or money order.
Please print and fill out this page, and bring it with you when you drop off your items, make sure you name and address are legible so payment can be remitted to the proper person and address.

I understand that "TOT EXCHANGE- Kidz Konsignment Sale" or any participating volunteers or affiliates are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged during the sale. This includes items that are not picked-up after drop off time and items that loose their tags during sales event.
I understand that TOT EXCHANGE cannot respond to phone calls or emails on the days of drop off, sale days, or pick-up day.
I understand that items not picked on Sunday, April 11th at 6:30pm, will be donated to a charity of choice by Tot Exchange.
